Not at this time. Currently all payments are made privately via cash, check, credit card, HSA card, or FSA card. We can provide you with a receipt of services or superbill that you can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. We also am a provider of the Step Up for Students Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Disabilities (Formerly Gardiner Scholarship). We require clients to pay Koastal Kids directly at the time of the service and independently submit for reimbursement.

At this time, therapy will be conducted within the home or school location discussed and decided upon on an individual basis.

Various ages and abilities, from babies, toddlers, and school aged children, to teenagers!

Due to the private payment structure of services, We do not require a referral. However, a pediatrician's referral is recommended for a collaborative approach to treatment.

Typically evaluations take an hour. Discussion with the caregiver is included within this time. A comprehensive evaluation report will be provided.

Occupational therapy sessions are typically an hour but treatment duration and frequency (how many sessions per week) depends on clinical observations and assessment results.

Payment is due upon the time of service and can be taken via cash, check, debit/credit card HSA card, or FSA card.

Please cancel a session or evaluation up to 24 hours in advanced or you will be subject to paying a full rate without exception. 3 consecutively missed sessions will result in removal from the schedule.
